Every single team member is prepared for the job and although the duties might be different in each department, at the end of the day all that matters is how we resolved the issues of our customers. We like to call the government agencies on your behalf, and yes that includes the IRS.
Our account specialists started with one client and are now handling anywhere from 15 to 25 clients on a weekly basis.
Most team members came in knowing nothing about accounting and business management. Now they have found out they love this industry.
Believe it or not, we love paperwork, and we like to organize it too.

In 2016 we grew by 43%, and most our growth was predominantly attributed to the referrals of our existing clients.
